This was excellent. It reminded me of eating pasta carbonara at The Rosebud in Chicago, without being so rich. It did take about 90 minutes to make from taking up the knife to chop to sitting down but it was worth it. It seemed to me that it was more expedient to cook the chicken wipeout the pan and continue than cooking the chicken after the sauce was finished. I did that and it worked better for me. The pasta and sauce could also be a good stand alone dinner. A little wine and Caesar salad and I had a wonderful meal with compliments all around!
