    Could use a little tweaking to be perfect, but as is i thought it was a really good start

    The recipe is enticing. However I have lived in Italy and I never saw them use vinegar with bread for dipping. Also I would use only 1/4 of truly minced garlic--no more per favore! Yes the olive oil is what makes it. Add fresh rosemary and you're ready to dip!
