Very fresh and crunchy! It went well with my grilled chicken

Really liked it! Added some corn and black beans that I had leftover from a previous dish. Also added avocado, crumbled goat cheese, naan and hummus

Not a very filling salad on its own, but delicious with couscous or bulgur.

Wouldn’t call this Israeli salad, it’s more of Palestinian salad

A great base recipe that you can charge up if you need to. I made it as a brunch meal for four but had to stretch out the planned meal when other friends arrived unexpectedly. So I simply threw on a medium pot of quick-cooking couscous. A loaf of fresh bread from my pantry and that tided everybody over till dinner time!............ :-)

Tasty, I added quinoa to mine to make it go a little further.

❤️I liked it! A nice light salad. Very colorful and healthy. I gave it 4 stars because it left me wanting more acid... like it needed more lemon or perhaps a vinegar? I made up for it with extra salt. Also, the Parsley is a bit much.

Best salad ever. So fresh. Next time I will make a smaller portion just for the meal. It's better to eat it right away.

Awesome. I added a couple of sticks of celery and reduced the olive oil to 2 table spoons.

The chopping time is worth it. Try replacing the tomatoes with watermelon and adding feta! Really good both ways

Easy and yummy. Not much to say as it's a pretty straightforward recipe. Great salad, love the light dressing.
