I added lettuce chopped really finely and some dandelion greens from my yard. I love this salad.

Really easy, delicious flavours. Will definitely put this on a regular rotation.

i tried. I really did try to enjoy this but the lemon ruined it. it would make a wonderful omelet filling or topping of something but by itself no. I tried adding goat cheese to give it something to pull together but the lemon mixed with the juices from the peppers and tomatoes overpowered the good.

Too many odd combinations of flavors, maybe I had off proportions. The dressing definitely wasn’t the best addition to this, much too bland. Also took 40 minutes or so to chop and wash everything up :/ no from me, will not make again.

Really liked it! Added some corn and black beans that I had leftover from a previous dish. Also added avocado, crumbled goat cheese, naan and hummus

Not a very filling salad on its own, but delicious with couscous or bulgur.

A great base recipe that you can charge up if you need to. I made it as a brunch meal for four but had to stretch out the planned meal when other friends arrived unexpectedly. So I simply threw on a medium pot of quick-cooking couscous. A loaf of fresh bread from my pantry and that tided everybody over till dinner time!............ :-)

❤️I liked it! A nice light salad. Very colorful and healthy. I gave it 4 stars because it left me wanting more acid... like it needed more lemon or perhaps a vinegar? I made up for it with extra salt. Also, the Parsley is a bit much.

Best salad ever. So fresh. Next time I will make a smaller portion just for the meal. It's better to eat it right away.

Awesome. I added a couple of sticks of celery and reduced the olive oil to 2 table spoons.
