Not too complicated to make. Nice and refreshing. Not too heavy. It was a simple flavor profile, but a really good dinner.

DELICIOUS! I will definitely be making this again. I shredded the chicken instead of chopping and it was perfection.

I forgot to buy frozen peas...tried it with snap peas...family prefers spicy food so tried a little variation by adding Montreal Chicken spices and it turned out yummy...
