We love pork tenderloins. This was a really good recipe. The only thing I did different was substitute Thai chili sauce for the hot sauce.

It was wonderful with a perfect blend of spicy and lightly sweet. My husband said, “This is the best thing you’ve made in a while!” I agree!

This was delicious and very easy. I substituted tabasco for ghost pepper hot sauce and minced garlic for garlic powder. I think it would be good with your hot sauce of choice. I will be making it again.

Quick & flavorful! Made for my mom so spice was cut in 1/2 with OJ.
Watch the temp. @350° my roast hit 140° in 14 minutes!
Loved the super easy, fast sauce too!!!

Delicious. My boyfriend is as close to a self made chef as he can be and even he approved!

This was very good. Tasted like it had been marinated, but it was easy and fast to prepare. I was worried it might be too spicy. It was perfect. I am making it again tonight. A real keeper.

Delicious . Put less hot sauce but don’t think it would of been to hot with full amount.

Really good and super tender. Didn’t want spicy glaze, so used katsup and Fireball instead of hot sauce.

I loved it- my husband thought it was a bit too spicy. I will adjust and make again

Excellent! Used 1/4 with half light & half dark brown sugar. Served rice sautéed with sweet peppers & fresh chopped cilantro & sliced pineapple and mango!

Sooo good! My husband hates hot sauce in food but he loved this. Will definitely make again

Tasty and juicy! Paired with rice made with coconut milk. Recipe doubles easily as my tenderloins came as a double pack. My family likes it spicy so served with Sambal Oelek.

Great weeknight recipe! Tasted as if I had marinated it. I doubled the spice rub because my tenderloins came two in a package. And I substituted bbq sauce in the sauce instead of Tabasco because my kids don’t like heat Still wonderful island taste! Beautiful presentation! Will make again!

Really flavorful, and easy to make with ingredients I normally keep in my pantry. Leftovers were delicious too!

Everyone LOVED it! The family definitely wants this again. I followed the recipe exactly (times 4 ~ I had 4#s of tenderloin). I thought I would have enough for 2 dinners. Just one dinner and some lunch.

Turned out great! I would play around with the amounts of the spices next time. I grilled it on the bbq so I had to take it off pretty quick after the glaze went on.

I would reduce the amount of cinnamon on the recipe but it turned out great.
