This sauce is so good!! At first, I was nervous because it had a strong vinegar smell as I was cooking it. But the taste is, as the title suggests, 'irresistible' with the just the right kick.

Not as hot as expected but very nice. My boys eat things too hot for me so they doctored it a bit but liked it. I made it hot for my tastes but the sweetness is a nice balance. Served it over tilapia.

Really good sauce. I used less sugar than called for & I was very happy with the results.
