- 1 tsp. grainy mustard (optional)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or White)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- almond milk (to thin if necessary)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax (plus 3 Tbl Water, allow to sit for 15 minutes)
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (Sliced)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine (1- ,for pan-frying)
- 2 onions (large ,sliced and caramelized)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine (vegan)
- 1 tsp. oil
- chard (or other leafy greens)

I hope these turn out! 2 russets is 2 cups uncooked, but cooked would be 1\4 cup less.
(I read.) Going to mix everything up overnight and make them for everyone for breakfast.
