Fabulous! Lovely rich tasting gravy. Unfortunately, I could not use fresh garlic and I can’t wait to try this recipe again using fresh. I should mention that 1 tablespoonful of roux was not enough to thicken the gravy...I used all of it and consistency was perfect. Best beef stew I’ve ever tasted!
