Directions
- I set my InstaPot to manual for 42 minutes on high pressure and then I let it come down (Natural Pressure Release) for 45-60 mins. After the beans are done, I drain them and drizzle with a smidge of olive oil, sprinkle and season with a zesty cajun spice mix (paprika, chili powder, onion, garlic, red & green chili peppers) and a dash of sea salt. That’s it!
