This is tasty but I recommend leaving the peas out until the end. They turn brown and mushy when pressure cooked. You can also adapt this a number of ways, such as using mushrooms instead of peas, or using cream instead of milk, or switching up your aromatics. I pretty much keep the recipe on hand for reference to the liquid ratios and otherwise adapt the heck out of it.
