- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- salt (to taste)
- 1 medium avocado (chopped or sliced)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (Chopped Green)

Delicious and easy cleanup! I substituted 1 Tbsp Adobo seasoning and 1 Tbsp Goya Sazon seasoning for the taco seasoning. I also added a couple extra cloves of garlic and doubled the cumin and paprika. I added shredded chicken. I only used 3/4 the broth it called for, so it wouldn't be watered down. Would add more black beans next time.
