- 21 oz. pork gravy (golden, – I used Campbells)
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 carrots (cut into 2-3 inch pieces)
- 5 red potatoes (large, cut into 5 or 6 pieces each)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter (cut into 8 pieces)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin (you can cook 2 at a time if you would like. No adjustment in time or recipe is needed.)
