- 1 cup almond milk (any milk will do)
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 oz. lite cream cheese
- 1 cup blueberries (I suggest fresh. If using frozen, increase cook time by 5 minutes)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
