This was delicious and perfect for a damp, cold evening. So easy to make.

Super easy. I added 1 clove of garlic. Used 6 cups of homemade chicken stock plus 1 cup of water. Used 2 smoked ham hocks. Yummy! Didn’t add salt, was salty enough with the ham hocks. If I ever have leftover bacon grease I’ll use it to sauté veggies
