Delicious with a few alterations: Added the veggies in an amount that looked good to me; probably slightly more than the recipe called for ( celery, carrot, onion). Used water instead of broth, a ham bone with some meat attached, a bay leaf and only 1 teaspoon of salt because of the ham, and some black pepper. Add COOKED FOR 35 minutes instead of 17 and used natural pressure release method because I like my soup creamy.

I smoked a ham the day before and put that in the soup. Very good! Thanks!
