I think my biggest mistake was trying to make this recipe without an Instant Pot, considering I'm not even sure what that is. My second biggest mistake was not using a large enough saucepan for this dish, as the water and tomato sauce bubbled over several times. I should have allowed the rice to cook longer - as is, it was undercooked by the time the dish was done. Might or might not make again
On another note - the author does not always go into much detail about what size tomato cans are recommended.
