- 52 grams garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (15g, sliced)
- 80 grams brown sugar (in piece (or substitute with 2 tablespoons (30g) brown sugar))
- 2 tsp. Sichuan peppercorns ((2.5-5g), (Optional))
