This was delicious! I was looking for a “skinny” Alfredo recipe for awhile and this worked nicely. I used the Barilla Plus angel hair, so I only did 3 minutes of pressure. I mixed in some steamed broccoli at the end. It made 5 generous servings for only 8 WW sp each. Will definitely try again with fettuccine!
