It's pretty perfect. Time is correct. Some times these pressure cooker recipes are way off in time. I make my own Cajun seasoning so it's got some zip as they say. I keep some smoked sausage in the freezer just for the nights I can't think of anything to cook and this recipe comes to mind. Great leftovers too.
