- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika (I used smoked paprika)
- 1 Tbsp. ghee (butter, or oil may work)
- 8 oz. baby portobella mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, thinly sliced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch (organic)
