It was yummy! Definitely needed more salt and pepper and I added some chives. Also, this easily takes almost an hour to make from start to finish including chopping the veggies and the time it takes the instant pot to come to pressure. For that time frame, I’d prefer to just make it on the stove!

a little bland. i added garlic and next time ill add some better than bullion. otherwise it was so easy and delish!
