Tasty and juicy. Most important is to take the time to sear the roast on all sides to seal the juices inside. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature after initial cook cycle to make sure you're at the temp you want. I added another 17 minutes, however my roast was 3+ lbs. I checked the temp and popped the lid back on and reset; gets back to pressure quickly if you don't have the lid off too long. Will definitely make this again.

It turned out really good. I've made other pork loins and this was the best so far. It came out so juicy and tasty.

Very nice roast. Ours was a bit too pink in the centre after 17 minutes but it was possibly still frozen when I put it in. I'd like a little more juice for the gravy so may a bit more stock next time. Very easy and quick.
