Delicious! Everyone loves it. It’s smooth like pineapple butter, but I’ll bet I could leave it chunkier, cooking down with the sauté on instant pot it spattered, so be careful not to get burned. If it doesn’t thicken up put in a regular pan on the stove and simmer to reduce. Definitely making again! 😎
