- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (processed in food processor, crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. cream cheese (regular, softened, 2 8-ounce packages)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (either mix in with cheesecake batter or swirl it around on top of the batter after you pour the batter into the pan. Soften the peanut butter or slightly melt before swirling)

Tastes amazing! I did make a few modifications though. No sugar in the crust, doesn't need it and a full cup of crumbs. Used non fat greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and 3 different cream cheeses (fat free, 1/3 less fat, and greek), I had partials in the fridge that needed to be used. I also did not use the peanut butter cups, trying to keep the calories and fat down so I can enjoy more of it. Topped it with Hershey's whipped cream. My only complaint is that the whole middle cracked and I followed the cooking time to a tee.
