- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (your favorite, . I prefer to use Kraft Zesty Italian but you can use whatever you have on hand)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup cauliflower (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 cup broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup red pepper (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup yellow pepper (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
