  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 30 ounces pureed pumpkin
  • 1 cup bone broth (chicken)
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Omitted the cinnamon as others suggested and added a little turmeric. Family loved it. Will make again

    As others suggested I left out the cinnamon. Didn't have tomatoes, so I used a can of hot Rotel. This was fantastic!

    We made a few changes: 1) ground chicken instead of beef or turkey. 2) 1 can of pumpkin, 1 can tomato sauce, plus same amount chicken stock. 3) omitted pumpkin pie spice. 4) added another can of diced tomatoes after the first 20 minutes of chili setting on Instant Pot. 5) added 2 tbsp more chili powder. Turned out delicious! I think next time , we will omit the cinnamon. Even the 3 year old ate her entire bowl of chili. She did have a little sour cream & shredded cheddar cheese. 😁

    This is DELICIOUS!! I left out the cinnamon and the pumpkin spice, but this came out wondefully! I will make again!

    It was delicious! We made it with black and pinto beans. It had great flavor without the pumpkin being overwhelming.

    Sooooo good!!!! And my 11 month old loved it! Definitely will be making it again. My husband has never been a fan of chili....this made him a fan!
