This soup is exactly like Olive Garden. It is easy to make and packed with nutritional ingredients.

Very delicious! I love this soup already anyway. I used 2 lbs of zesty hot Italian sausage, a pack of chopped cooked thick cut bacon and 5 russet potatoes. I couldn’t find fresh kale so I used a bag of kale that had pieces of the stem mixed in the bag. Was very good but the stems made the soup a lil crunchy. Was like a thicker, spicier version of olive gardens. Will definitely be making again!

Very good, quick and easy. Sauté sausage with some hot pepper flakes for extra zip. Tastes even better the next day. Make sure to cut off the stems of the kale, because they are tough. Even prechopped and washed have stems. Next time I may slice potatoes. Crush some fennel seeds too! I also used evaporated milk instead of 1/2 and 1/2, because it’s what I had. Definitely making again.

It was a bit bland. Next time I think I will add some chicken base. I also added a bit of red pepper in the end.

The dish is very tasty but too soupy. I think I’ll reduce the amount of sausage to half a pound, if I choose not to add another ingredient (a bit overpowering). What extra ingredient could be used to achieve a heartiness that won’t conflict with the starchy potatoes?

This soup is very tasty. Substituted Italian turkey sausage for Italian sausage to lower cholesterol.

Delicious! I added a few more potatoes. Also used soup meatballs instead of sausage- it’s what I had! Family approved!

It turned out good. It can be spiced up with some crushed red pepper about 1 teaspoon. I used fat free 1/2 n 1/2 to reduced fat content. Ate it with no heartburn issues. LOL I will use this again,

the only thing i changed was adding a tsp of fennel seed while sauteing onions.

Very good, but I am not sure if it is exactly like it is in the restaurant. But overall it was very tasty.
Edit. Ate it the next day and it was awesome! Easy to make.

This was incredible. My first time using the Instant Pot and it was so fast and easy. I could eat this soup every single day.
