Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 lb. boneless pork chops (cut into strips, you can use chicken, beef or shrimp too!)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Spanish onion (or large yellow, sliced into strips)
- 1 bag shredded cabbage (usually 14oz of, /coleslaw mix, ONLY the mix though! Not with any mayo added!)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (or crushed)
- 1/4 cup beef broth (I use 1/4 cup of water with 1/4 tsp of Beef Better Than Bouillon)
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 bunch scallions (sliced)
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (+ 2 tbsp of water to form a slurry)
- 1 bag flour tortillas (or Chinese rice pancakes if you can find, but the tortillas will work JUST fine!)
