My family loved this recipe!! I added 1tsp of red pepper flakes/and 1tsp of extra minced garlic and was the perfect spicy served over brown rice.

So yummy! This was a relatively quick and easy recipe and the result was delicious. Next time I’m going to add some steamed broccoli.
