it was very tender, just a little on the dry side. the gravy was excellent. will probably do it again.

I made this pot roast as the inaugural dish in my Instant Pot. It was easy to put together and turned out great! The meat was very tender; no need for a knife. When I made it again, the only change I made was stuffing it with garlic and seasoning it with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning. This Mississippi pot roast needed a little Louisiana spice.
