Love this recipe. I have made it a few times and the left overs are always gone! I am going to try to sauté some mushrooms this time. The gravy it makes is delicious!

Not sure what went wrong, but mine turned out quite tough. Flavor was good though.

Not sure what I did wrong. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out tough and no flavor. Guess I’ll stick to cooking this one in my crockpot where it turns out perfectly.

skipped the peppers, added carrots and some garlic, was fine without but I like garlic.. .
