Worked out pretty good. Something burned on the bottom of the instant pot! Not sure if it was onions or tomatoes. But I didn’t stir it up and poured the sauce into another container and whizzed it up to a smooth sauce. Did have to add a small amount of sugar and some Italian spices though. Going to use this with eggplant Parmesan. I would make again but make sure there was enough sauce on the bottom of the instant pot so it doesn’t burn. I never received a burn notice!
