    Pretty good! I used regular 2% milk instead of evaporated milk. I have made this more than once and it is my go to for quick mac n cheese.

    It was great! My family loved it. It was so easy to make, and the hot sauce was such a great addition!

    So easy and really good. Could maybe use a little less cheese than what’s called for. I may experiment with different cheese combos, like do a garlic Parmesan Mac and cheese. Served w Italian seasoned zoodles side or roasted medley of edamame, peas and carrots, and chickpeas.
