I thought it was great. I used what I had: a variety of noodles, 1 cup of 1% milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and mild cheeder. It was pretty runny (likely due to the 1% milk) and the noodles weren’t cooked through (because most were thicker than elbow) but a longer sauté while containtly stirring solved the problem.

Perfect and quick. Start to finish (with no prep ) in 15-20 minutes. As good as my original made with a cheese sauce.
