Delicious! My first lentil soup :) We are a large family so I doubled it. I modified it a bit to use what I had and also to add some meat. I used 2c green bell. 3-4c pulled pork. 3c pork juice 6.5c water. 1 can diced tomato (I didn't have paste or fresh). I didn't have coriander so I used 1.5T of fennel ground rough in a pepper grinder. We all enjoyed it ages 35-1 :)

This was great- didn’t have a red pepper so used celery- added bacon in with garlic-used chicken broth instead of water- delish!
