I made this and it was very successful. I doubled the citrus (by incorporating limes) and next time I would add a pepper to bring a spicy element they would really make this dish sing.

Family loved it. Cooked rice in instant pot without washing between and rice picked up flavor beautifully

The lemon was a pretty dominate flavor. Otherwise it was very good!

Great dish over rice and a side of veggies. All 3 kids approved!!

Turned out great, delicious and moist! I made this with 12 thighs (that’s the only option my store had at the time) so just used a pinch more seasoning to accommodate. But all the other steps I followed without deviation. Would make again for sure

This was sooo good!!!

I followed the recipe as is and made no modifications. I did leave out the arrowroot powder and chili flakes (hubby and kids won’t eat anything with even a hint of heat). This was so easy to make and literally everyone loved it! This will definitely be made again!!!

Delicious, chicken was tender, I had to put it in for an extra 2 mins with 4 large breasts

Simple recipe. I never used the sauté feature on my instant pot but loved the option. Chicken was extremely moist and kids ate everything without one complaint

A little too buttery for me so I'll cut back a little and probably add more lemon zest next time. But very good!

Will make this again. I cooked fresh green beans on top of chicken (out of the broth) for a one pot meal.

It’s so great. I like chicken and cooking and it really turned out great. My favorite part about this recipe was how great it was. The only thing I didn’t like was the banner blocking the recipe that made me leave a review before I could see all the ingredients. But other than that... I thought it was great.

The chicken was so tender and the sauce was super flavorful. I took it for a pot luck dinner and it was a hit. It is also very quick and easy to make. This recipe is a keeper!

The onion and garlic flavor sealed really well into the chicken. The lemon taste was more subtle though. I used Greek yogurt for the sauce instead of heavy whipping cream- easy substitute. And served it with broccoli. A flavorful yet light meal.

Delicious, use the cornstarch to thicken, makes plenty of sauce, mix of legs and thighs

I either missed paprika as an ingredient or it wasn't listed on the website where i followed the recipe. I imagine it probably helps with color as the color of browned meats tends to lighten up in the pressure cooker. I also omitted the chili flakes and cream. Chicken very juicy and tender. Sauce was bright and flavorful. Served with broccoli and carrots. Descrbed as delicious by my 6yo. update: i now realize there's 2 very similar recipes on yumly using same photo. one with paprika, one without. i made the one without.

After searing the chicken I deglazed the pan with some white wine & added some fresh mushrooms to the sauce when the chicken was done. I only used 1 1/2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning. The chicken seemed like it could use a bit more flavor so next time I'll try 2 teaspoons of Italian seasong & see how that works. I served the chicken with some cinnamon roasted poatoes & a fresh green salad. All in all, not a bad meal.

It was nice and flavorful, although “Paprika-Lemon Chicken” or even just “Paprika Chicken” probably would have been a more accurate name, since the paprika flavor really took center stage. Not that there’s anything wrong with that - it was yummy! Just not as lemony as I’d expected from the name. Will definitely make again.

This was good. It started out by smelling wonderful in the instant pot, but the finished flavors were very mild. Good, but not great.

Sauce was delicious, chicken cooked perfectly but definitely need the sauce too add the flavor to the chicken. Would probably prefer something other than smoked paprika for flavor/seasoning maybe lemon pepper seasoning? I used a whole small sweet onion. Would make again
