Very delicious and I used jasmine brown rice. It looked a bit soupy but it reminded me of risotto after the Parmesan was added, very creamy.
Only 1 change was I used 1 Tbs of lemon juice during cooking instead of 2 Tbsp since my sister doesn't like a lot of lemon.
The chicken was so tender too. Definitely will make again.
