- 2 cups noodles (uncooked rigatoni, could use bowtie or other type)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (could omit, it's just as good without it)

used 4 cups of broth, probably could go to 3 1/2 cups of broth. used sweet Italian sausage and beef broth. Campanella pasta just because it was fun. very tasty! I'll be making this again!

Delicious! I added a little parmesan cheese after cooking!! Super good! I will make it again
