Delicious! I only had 500gms of lamb so I halved most of the ingredients . . . except I was worried that there wasn't enough liquid in the recommended ingredients list - so for "crushed tomatoes, I used a whole tin of chopped tomatoes . . . it turned out very wet but most succulent and deeply flavoursome. Next time I will probably follow the same route but add some potatoes?
The instructions are really nicely done - I like all the tips - I was learning as I cooked. Very good.
