- 3 pears (cut into small pieces, depending on size, I used 3 because mine were small)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced or grated, see notes)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chili paste (I use Sambal Oelek found in the grocery store)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (seasame)
- 1 lb. pork spare ribs
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup brown rice (rinsed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime zested (then juiced)
- 1 cup cabbage (chopped)
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts (finely chopped)
