It was good after modifications. I added lots of salt I also added a 1/4 cup of gojujang and a jalapeño to make it spicy. I added mushrooms just cause I like them.

Best recipe ever! I just put it in the crock pot and slow cooked. You MUST make the Yum Yum sauce. Made with book choy and kimchi on the side

Super delicious and easy! Used the meat for bulgogi with basmati rice, bok choy, and soft boiled egg. Will definitely make this again.
