This one is a keeper. Added extra Italians because they were on sale. Make sure cook kale long enough so it is tender and gets mild. Have asiago on the side to put on soup, very good. Watch salt as it gets saltier next day fron seasoning in Italians.

I used what I had on hand so it wasn't exact but the the flavor was still amazing! My substitutions were chorizo and a little cubed chicken breast, fresh tomato and added some cauliflower because I had a little left over from another dish I'd made. Everything else was exact. I guess though since it was Mexican sausage instead of Italian I can't call it Tuscan. :)
