Great recipe! I added curry leaves and more garam masala than the original recipe to make the flavors bolder. Also didn’t have ground coconut so added half a can of coconut milk in the end, worked beautifully. I’d probably leave it in the instant pot for 5-10 longer next time as I prefer softer channa.
