a great recipe. super easy and super delicious. it's now on my regular rotation of recipes, especially during cold winter months when I need healthy comfort food

This is so good! It's easy and the ingredients are something that I always have on hand. I used chicken thighs and that really bumps the chicken flavor up a notch. Instead of just cashews for the cream, I used a medley of cashews, walnuts, and macadamia nuts. I will make it again.

Very tasty. Could not tell there was coconut and cashews in it. So sooo good!
