Turned out good! Was easy to follow I used a stock pot and cooked it all day instead of instant pot. Tasted like what I had in New Orleans

So good! Added diced jalapeños I has frozen- nice and spicy. Definitely will make again

Awwwwwwesome recipe for gumbo. The instant pot is a beast!!!

Excellent! Prep work takes some time but the results are well worth it. Made without chicken, but just like any gumbo, you can use whatever you want or have on hand.
I added salmon instead of chicken, this is a fantastic recipe!

Delish, I couldn’t stop eating it! Easy to make with a lot of flavor (use a good, flavorful andouille).
It turned out amazing. Definitely will make again

It turned out well but you must be super careful when making the Roux. Don’t cook the roux for 5 minutes cool until it’s becomes smooth and then start adding chicken broth one cup at a time

    Wonderful!!! Loved it!

Didn’t use Rotel. Used light creole seasoning. Left out shrimp.

Yummy, made according to recipe. Flavor was terrific. Used frozen okra, never was a fan but it was good in this

Turned out awesome, my co-workers & family loved it!! I didn’t add any chicken & it was still plenty of meat. I only added one can of diced tomatoes & some green chilies. Added the cooked rice in at the end. Yum!

Very yummy. We really liked the amount of spice.
Good-needs at least 20 min to get the roux where it needs to be.

This was seriously sooo yummy!! I like spicy so I added 2 sliced jalapeños! It gets spicier the next 2 days so if you don’t like spicy then don’t add too many! But this will be a remake for sure!! Hubs loooved it too!

    Delicious! Definitely a keeper

I’m used to a little more spice to it but it was great! Definitely not 35 min if you include chopping everything. Give yourself time! Recommend!

Amazing!! Will be making it again with crawfish!

Added crawfish tails and it was really good. I think if I added gumbo filè as well it would've been even better.

It turned out fantastic! Made me feel like a pro. I left out the okra and sprinkled in some fele at the end when I added the shrimp. We will be having this again for sure!

Left out the flour and only had plain diced tomatoes. Good. I might add a little more seasoning next time.
