- 1/2 cup whole wheat panko (regular panko or bread crumbs will work as well)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- cracked pepper (fresh)
- 3/4 cup yogurt (see note)
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (chopped, blotted with a paper towel to remove excess oil)
- 1/4 cup basil pesto

- 2 Tbsp. milk (for thinning sauce if needed, optional)
