So good! The meat was so tender! It is on the salty side, so I'll change up something next time, but my husband loved it!

it was amazing, my daughter even requested it foe her birthday meal. probably should have cooked it a little shorter in the instant pot bur other than that it was an amazing simple meal

This was AWESOME!!! I had a roast that was 3 ib, so I doubled everything but the onion mix, (only had one bag) it turned out perfectly- didn't need the extra bag of mix. It might have been too salty with it, my stock was also unsalted due to the soy sauce and onion mix, with a salted stock this recipe could easily get pretty salty (probably too salty as the other reviewer mentioned). Putting the sandwiches in the oven with the provolone over it just put it over the top, very delicious!!! This will be used a lot in our house. Especially during the upcoming snowy season!

The meat came out perfect, however the au jux was a serious salt bomb! Definitely need low sodium broth and a bit less seasoning salt. I did use low sodium soy sauce thankfully. Probably won't make this particular recipe again.
