- Ritz Crackers (or club crackers)
- butter
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp. bouillon
- 1 1/2 cups white rice (or converted)
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups chicken (cooked, chopped, or 1 pound raw chicken cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
- 4 oz. cream cheese (or 1, 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 20 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
