Quick and easy method for cooking perfect, easily peeled eggs. Nearly as quick as the electric egg cooker, which I will be passing along to someone else, but with more reliable results. Forget that extra single-purpose appliance; pass on the stovetop confusion and chaos. This is the way.

Cooked for eggs for 10 minutes, put them in icewater bath for two minutes, three peeled extremely easy, and one was a little unhappy. Overall I would definitely do this again. Perfect for deviled eggs. Instructions were very easy and simple to follow. I will definitely do again. Tried again, cook for 11 minutes cold from the refrigerator
