This is delicious! I only had 12 oz. of ground pork, so I added 8 oz. of baby bella mushrooms. I used garlic better than bouillon for the broth. I cut the honey back to 2 Tbsp., and I used sugar free ketchup. I got 6 servings of meat and rice, but I did add extra salad mix (I used 3 9 oz. bags total, or 1 bag for 2 servings).
